How to Join Our Team

Step 1 — Apply

Step 2 — Screening, Credential & License Verification
We review:
• Academic certificates (CCA/PSW, Nursing, EA, etc.)
• Professional licenses & registration (NSCN for Nurses, etc.)
• Background checks & references
• CPR/First Aid, Food Safety, NVCI/CPI, or other required certifications

You may be asked to complete any missing compliance to ensure safe and high-quality care.

Step 3 — Interview & Final Vetting
Meet our recruitment team (online or in person) to confirm your fit, preferences, and strengths.

Step 4 — Onboarding & Training
You’ll receive:
• AtlanticCare Standards Orientation
• Client-care protocols & communication training
• Digital scheduling & documentation guidance

We support you in accessing any additional certifications you need — at no cost where possible.

Step 5 — Start Getting Shifts & Support
You’re added to our scheduling system and begin receiving work opportunities matched to your skills and preferred locations.
